• Package prices are based on the current Rate of Exchange (ROE). Any fluctuation in exchange rates may affect the final package cost at the time of confirmation and payment.
• For international travel, passengers must carry a passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months from the return date, along with at least two blank pages for visa and immigration formalities.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that their passport is in good physical condition, especially for E-Visa applications. Damaged passports may lead to denied boarding or immigration clearance.
• Flight fares are subject to availability and fare revisions at the time of booking confirmation and payment.
• Hotel rooms, accommodations, and related services are subject to availability during confirmation. If unavailable, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
• Payments made through credit cards may attract additional bank processing charges up to 3%, and exchange rate fluctuations may impact the overall cost.
• Once the itinerary is confirmed, changes or amendments will only be considered if requested in writing, and additional charges may apply based on the requested modifications.
• Verbal discussions, commitments, or promises will not be considered valid unless officially confirmed in writing.
• All package offers and quotations are valid for a limited duration only, unless otherwise stated.
• Extension of stay will be subject to room availability and charged on a pro-rata basis according to the best available rate of the day.
• Private transportation mentioned in the quotation will operate strictly on a point-to-point basis as per the confirmed itinerary.
• For SIC (Seat in Coach) tours, waiting time for pick-up and drop-off may apply. Pickup and drop locations may vary depending on the city or hotel arrangements unless otherwise specified.
• City taxes, tourism taxes, or local charges, if applicable, must be paid directly by the guest at the hotel unless already included in the package.
• Only the entry tickets and services clearly mentioned in the itinerary are included. Any additional services or optional activities will be payable directly by the guest.
• No amendments or modifications will be possible once land arrangements and travel services have been finalized.
• No refund will be provided for partially utilized services, missed tours, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.
• Visa approval, rejection, and immigration clearance remain solely at the discretion of the respective authorities and governments. The company acts only as a facilitator and cannot guarantee visa approval.
• In the event of visa rejection or inability to travel due to immigration-related reasons, cancellation charges will apply and refunds may not be applicable.
