• Stay extensions will depend on room availability and will be charged based on the best available rate at the time of request.
• Any private transportation included in the package will operate strictly according to the confirmed itinerary and on a point-to-point transfer basis.
• For shared coach/SIC tours, guests may experience standard waiting times for pickups and drop-offs. Pickup locations may vary depending on the destination and hotel arrangements.
• Local city taxes, tourism fees, or hotel taxes, if applicable, must be settled directly by guests unless specifically included in the package cost.
• Only the activities and entry tickets clearly mentioned in the itinerary are included in the package. Any additional experiences or optional services will be chargeable separately.
• Once all land arrangements and travel services are confirmed, further amendments or modifications may not be possible.
