• Guests are responsible for maintaining the physical condition of their passports, especially for E-Visa applications. Damaged passports may result in denied boarding or immigration clearance.
• Flight tickets are subject to availability and fare changes at the time of reservation and payment confirmation.
• Hotel rooms, accommodations, and associated services are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, a similar category property may be provided.
• Payments made using credit cards may attract additional bank charges up to 3%, and exchange fluctuations may affect the total payable amount.
• Changes to the itinerary after confirmation will only be considered if submitted in writing and may involve additional costs depending on the requested modifications.
• Verbal discussions or commitments will not be treated as valid unless officially confirmed in written communication.
• All package offers and pricing are valid for a limited duration only, unless otherwise specified.
• Requests for stay extensions will be subject to availability and charged according to the best available rate of the day on a pro-rata basis.
• Private vehicles mentioned in the quotation will operate strictly on a point-to-point basis according to the confirmed itinerary.
• For SIC (Seat in Coach) tours, waiting time during pick-up and drop-off may apply, and pickup points may vary depending on the city or hotel arrangements.
• City taxes or local tourism charges, if applicable, must be paid directly by guests at the hotel unless explicitly included in the quotation.
• Only the services and entrance tickets clearly mentioned in the itinerary are included. Any additional services or optional activities must be paid for directly by the guest.
• No amendments or modifications can be made once land arrangements and travel services have been finalized.
• No refunds will be provided for partially utilized services, missed tours, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.
• Visa approvals, rejections, and immigration clearances remain solely at the discretion of the respective authorities and governments. The company acts only as a facilitator and cannot guarantee visa approval.
• In case of visa rejection or inability to travel due to immigration-related reasons, applicable cancellation charges will apply, and refunds may not be available.
