• Hotels, attraction tickets, or entry passes that are booked and prepaid in advance during the confirmation process will be considered strictly non-refundable.
• During peak travel seasons, festive periods, or trade fair dates, cancellation charges may be applicable in full.
• Once visa processing or payment has been completed, cancellation requests may attract full cancellation charges as per policy.
• For group reservations, guests are advised to reconfirm the applicable cancellation terms before final booking confirmation.
• Please note that airline and hotel-specific cancellation policies may supersede the standard cancellation terms mentioned above.

• Package prices are based on the current exchange rate (ROE). Any fluctuation in currency rates may affect the final tour cost at the time of confirmation and payment.
• For international travel, all passengers must carry a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return, along with a minimum of two blank pages for visa and immigration purposes.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that their passport is in proper physical condition, especially for E-Visa applications. Damaged passports may lead to denied boarding or immigration restrictions.
• Airfare is subject to availability and fare changes at the time of booking confirmation and payment.
• Hotel rooms and travel-related services are subject to availability during the confirmation process.
• In the event of hotel unavailability, a similar category hotel will be arranged based on availability.
• Payments made through credit cards may attract additional bank processing charges up to 3%, and any currency fluctuation may impact the package cost.
• Once the itinerary has been confirmed, changes or amendments will only be accepted if requested in writing, and additional charges may apply depending on the requested modifications.
• Any verbal discussions, commitments, or promises will not be considered valid unless officially confirmed in writing.
