• Hotel accommodations and related services are subject to availability at the time of reservation confirmation.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category accommodation will be arranged based on availability.
• Payments made via credit card may attract additional bank processing charges up to 3%. Exchange rate variations, if any, may impact the total package cost.
• Once the itinerary has been confirmed, changes or modifications will only be considered if requested in writing, and additional charges may apply depending on the changes required.

• Extension of stay will depend on room availability and will be charged on a pro-rata basis as per the best available rate on the requested date.

• For SIC (Seat in Coach) tours, standard waiting time for pick-up and drop-off may apply. Pickup and drop locations may vary depending on the destination or hotel arrangements.
